Amy Rose is the CEO of Rose Associates, a certified M/WBE specializing in multi-family rental properties in NYC and the tri-state area. She leads the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the company and its subsidiaries, Rose Capital Group and Rose Property Management Group. Under her leadership, Rose Capital Group is developing over 3 million square feet of new apartments, and Rose Property Management Group manages 30,000 units. Amy, a University of Michigan alum, is actively involved in several prestigious organizations, including the Real Estate Board of New York and The Jewish Museum. She's a trailblazer making a significant impact in the real estate industry.

Marc Ehrlich, the President of Rose Associates, brings over 30 years of expertise in real estate development, acquisitions, asset management, and tax structures. He oversees all acquisition and development projects, asset management of the existing portfolio, financing, joint ventures, and new strategies for the company. Starting his journey at Rose Associates with the redevelopment of 70 Pine Street, one of the largest adaptive reuse developments in New York City's history, Marc has also held roles such as President and COO of Caisson, Ltd and Panorama Group, and Acquisitions Principal with O'Connor Capital Partners. A Certified Public Accountant and former Tax Manager at Ernst and Young, Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Muhlenberg College, and he is an adjunct professor at the City University of New York (Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business). 

Brian Peters is the COO of Rose Associates, Inc. He oversees property management, marketing, leasing, revenue management, and other services for multifamily and mixed-use properties, as well as corporate services including HR and IT. Brian joined Rose Associates in 1995 and has been key in expanding the company's management activities. During his tenure at Rose, Brian managed the repositioning of Peter Cooper Village and Stuyvesant Town for MetLife, which includes over 11,000 units in 110 buildings on a 70-acre campus. Before Rose, Brian was a group executive and co-director of management at Douglas Elliman, where he helped convert rental properties to cooperative ownership. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts from Harvard University, and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment Analysis from the New York University Real Estate Institute

Scott Marino is the Executive Director at Rose Associates, where he has been at the helm of property management operations since 2018. With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in the real estate industry, Scott brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic approach to his role. His primary responsibilities include overseeing property management operations, leading a team of industry professionals to deliver top-tier results for clients, and driving the firm's growth through business development and the acquisition of third-party management contracts. Scott's career began as a Construction Manager at AvalonBay Communities in Connecticut, and he has since held prominent positions such as Managing Director of Operations at The LeFrak Organization. He holds a BA from URI, an MSW from Simmons College, and has completed finance coursework at Sacred Heart University. Scott is particularly passionate about solving problems through change implementation and management. Outside of his professional endeavors, Scott is an avid sailor and has been actively involved with the Housatonic Boat Club, where he has served as Past Commodore and chaired both the Finance and Planning Committees.
