Rose Summer Intern Program
Our internship program offers an immersive eight-week experience designed to cultivate talent and prepare future leaders in our industry. We welcome candidates from all over the United States, ensuring a diverse pool of perspectives and ideas that enrich our company culture.
Interns engage in meaningful projects that provide valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance, support, and industry insight throughout the program.
