Founded as a development company in 1925 by brothers Samuel and David Rose, Rose Associates has over 100 years of experience and a record of success in developing and managing multifamily residential properties in the most complex and challenging real estate market in the world. Today under the leadership of Amy Rose, our CEO and the first woman to lead the organization, we are a growing NYC-based developer and manager of multifamily real estate properties and assets that’s quickly expanding into the broader Metro New York and Northeast regions. Every day we are striving to break new ground and drawing our inspiration and guidance from the commitment to integrity, community, and continuous innovation established by the founding Rose family.
