Rose Associates Appointed as Property Manager and Exclusive Leasing Agent at 2 Cooper

Rose Associates announced today that it has been named exclusive managing, marketing and leasing agent for 2 Cooper, the luxury property located in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood. 2 Cooper offers 143 rental apartments in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations. Wafra Investment Advisory Group on behalf of one of its institutional clients purchased the asset.
